Favorite travel destination: So far, Cuba! I've traveled there twice in one year and definitely plan to visit again. The people are so welcoming and something in the very air reminds me of Nigeria, the place of my parents’ birth.
Hobbies: In my (very minimal) spare time, I enjoy watching movies and (not surprisingly) reading.
What inspires me: Being in the company of driven people inspires me. They remind me to continually step up my game simply by their presence. In turn, I strive to inspire others in a likewise fashion.
I believe travel can…(and does) broaden the world for the traveler. We can often think of the world around us (our friends, families, immediate surroundings) as THE world, and everything else is simply foreign and unreachable. Travel expands one's worldview.
Favorite quote: Serves as a reminder to myself: "I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul."--William Ernest Henley
