She is the Founder of District 236, a full-service production and event strategy company specializing in high-impact experiences across corporate, political, and creative industries.

As a fractional executive and consultant, Iman partners with brands and organizations to develop innovative event strategies, activations, and audience engagement initiatives. A passionate advocate for global education, Iman serves on the board of I AM C.U.L.T.U.R.E.D., helping provide transformative international experiences for young people. Having taken her first international trip at 17, she understands the power of global exposure and remains dedicated to expanding access for the next generation.
