Program Pillars

  • Know yourself…Through mentorship, our students develop self-awareness, confidence, and a strong sense of pride and guidance as they explore their personal, professional, and cultural identity.

  • Ignite your brilliance…From critical life skills to public speaking, college and career readiness, financial literacy, mental wellness, and creative expression, we aim to shape their intellectual, emotional, and social capacities.

  • Serve with heart…our students are guided to create meaningful change through social action, cultural exchange, and giving back locally and abroad. Growing as peer leaders, they experience what it means to be part of a supportive community that uplifts, collaborates, and rises together.

  • See the world …Through domestic and international travel, students broaden their horizons, experience new cultures, and gain a global perspective. Through cultural exploration, journeys develop empathy, adaptability, and a deeper appreciation of the world and their place in it.

  • Shape the future…Our program exposes students to knowledge and experiences that go beyond the classroom. Through interest and career exploration, our students learn how to take initiative, elevate their voices, and lead with integrity and purpose, shifting the world through their vision and action.
