The I AM C.U.L.T.U.R.E.D. Movers & Shakers Program empowers young people to discover their identity, build leadership skills, and connect with the world through hands-on experiences in mentorship, enrichment, community service, and travel.
Students grow as global citizens through immersive learning, meaningful relationships, and transformative opportunities that inspire confidence, purpose, and cultural awareness.
Each year, participants advance their leadership journey in two phases, developing character, creativity, and a global mindset that prepares them to lead in school, career, and community.

Mentorship
Our 1:1 mentorship program supports students both in and out of the classroom, pairing students with dedicated mentors who offer guidance, encouragement, and a real-world perspective. Through guided sessions on interest and career exploration, students gain confidence, accountability, and a more profound sense of purpose as they navigate personal and professional growth. Students must be enrolled in the full program to be matched with a mentor.
Enrichment Workshops
Our enrichment workshops prepare students for life beyond the classroom by nurturing personal, academic, and professional growth. Through engaging, youth-centered sessions, students build confidence, develop life skills, and strengthen their foundation as global citizens. Students must be enrolled in the full program to participate.
Community Service
Whether volunteering locally or abroad, students engage in meaningful projects that foster empathy, civic responsibility, and a deeper connection to the communities they serve. It’s not just about giving, it’s about learning, growing, and leading with purpose. Students must be enrolled in the full program to participate in community service

Many of our students come through our partnership schools, so we encourage families to first reach out to their school administration to see if the school is interested in partnering with I AM C.U.L.T.U.R.E.D.. If your school is not currently a partner, click the “Apply” button below to reach our inquiry page, and a team member will follow up with you. Please note that enrollment begins each August.

No; however, passports are required for our international travel experiences. I AM C.U.L.T.U.R.E.D. sponsors first-time student passports. Once enrolled, it is important that parents and guardians work with our team quickly to ensure all required paperwork is completed in time for travel bookings and processing.

Vaccinations are only required when mandated by the destination country. If a parent or guardian prefers to have their young person vaccinated before travel, that decision is entirely up to the family. I AM C.U.L.T.U.R.E.D. only requires vaccinations where they are necessary for entry into specific destinations.

While we would love to have you, our program is designed to foster independence, confidence, and leadership. Our students grow most when navigating new experiences independently, stepping outside of their comfort zones away from home. Our trained travel mentors support students throughout the experience.

Yes. Our goal is for students to participate at little to no cost whenever possible. Financial assistance opportunities vary based on school partnerships, sponsorships, and funding. Families are encouraged to inquire directly with our team to learn more about available support.
