The I AM C.U.L.T.U.R.E.D. Movers & Shakers Program is a comprehensive, two-phase experience that runs throughout the school year, designed to shape young global citizens and youth leaders. Students must be enrolled in the full program to participate in both phases.

Mentorship, Enrichment Workshops, Service + Travel
Phase One
Phase One ”In The Classroom” consists of a six-week youth development intensive, focused on identity, leadership, enrichment, and impact. The six weeks conclude with a mandatory final presentation where students showcase their work and growth to their peers, parents, mentors and surrounding community. Each student is assigned a mentor in Phase One.
Phase Two
Phase Two extends learning beyond the classroom through community service projects locally and abroad, career readiness exploration, the arts, and travel abroad. Each student is assigned a Travel Mentor in Phase Two. This session concludes with a final student showcase to peers, parents, mentors, and travel industry executives.
Upon successful completion of both phases, students are invited to return to the program the following year. Our model is built to support students over the course of two to three years, ensuring meaningful development, lasting impact, and deeper cultural exposure.
Our 1:1 mentorship program supports students both in and out of the classroom, pairing students with dedicated mentors who offer guidance, encouragement, and a real-world perspective. Through guided sessions on interest and career exploration, students gain confidence, accountability, and a more profound sense of purpose as they navigate personal and professional growth. Students must be enrolled in the full program to be matched with a mentor.

Our enrichment workshops are designed to prepare students for life beyond the classroom by nurturing their personal, academic, and professional growth. Through dynamic, youth-centered sessions, we focus on mental wellness, financial literacy, career and college readiness, public speaking, youth activism, and the arts. These workshops empower students to lead with confidence, make informed decisions, express their creativity; building the foundation for success as global citizens. Students must be enrolled in the full program to participate in enrichment workshops
Whether volunteering locally or abroad, students engage in meaningful projects that foster empathy, civic responsibility, and a deeper connection to the communities they serve.
